BWI airport is only about 35 minutes away from Annapolis. It is by far the most convenient airport to the area. Reagan National is about 45 – 60 minutes away, but the traffic can get crazy. Avoid Dulles at all costs! There are a variety of car rental agencies at the airport.

BWI Airport has opened a new rental car facility providing one-stop rental car shopping. Free shuttle service carries customers to and from the Airport. Passengers arriving on flights should take the free shuttle from the lower level terminal for a ten-minute ride to the facility.
