Our friends Brice and Amy Colhoun have graciously offered their property for the wedding and reception. Ivy Neck Farm is located in Harwood, MD about 30 minutes outside of Annapolis. It’s a lovely farm on the edge of the Rhode River. We’ll be there rain or shine, but no worries, we’ll have tents to accommodate the guests for shelter from sun or rain. For directions, click here.
The wedding ceremony will be held at 4:00 pm. Please park near the reception tent and then follow the signs along a walking path to the shoreline, where the wedding will take place.We will have a golf cart to help shuttle those with special needs. We will provide a very limited number of seats for the ceremony for guests who need them, and will ask that other guests gather around. This area is partially shaded.
We are asking you to dress up in keeping with an afternoon, outdoor wedding – dressy but comfy. Please keep in mind that we’ll be on grass,
and there is a 15 minute walk to the ceremony site,
so high heels are not recommended.
Get ready for a big outdoor party following the ceremony! We will return to the big tent following the ceremony.
There will be a variety of foods offered at the reception, and both vegetarians and carnivores will be able to find a tasty meal.
*In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place in the reception tent.
